Great property. Room walls are insulated with wood work all across. This helps in keeping the room warm. No need of heater. Food is great and tasty. Staff is very polite and helpful. Had a very comfortable stay

Hotel is quite good. Room was spacious and clean. Bed linens were clean. washroom was clean. Geyser is available. Perfect for night stay. Hotel staff offered welcome tea. The staff members are very good. The caretaker guy came himself to carry luggage without asking. Bought hot water to drink. They provide dinner veg. buffet.

One more great hotel from Delight group.. Had a stay in the hotel in March with 23 persons through The Happy Feet Travellers.. Very much satisfied with the service.. On arrival, without even saying, the staff helped us in unloading our luggage.. Handed over the keys of our rooms.. Rooms were clean n cozy.. Hot water kettle in the rooms.. Wooden interior prevents the rooms getting cold.. Gum Boots, Jackets, Gloves available on rent.. Food quality is good..Staff took good care of our big group.. If the weather is clear, you can have a good view of some part of Kanchenjunga in the morning.. You can get liquor at a small shop just opposite to the hotel..

Good quality of Jain vegetarian food. Room service is excellent. Hot water for drinking and outer usage is available all the time. We have been attended by Mr. Deep sarkar, Mr Bappa Burman, Munna Sinha.

Staffs I met there was very humble and well behaved. Though it was mentioned in the amenities that TV is there but it was of no use.food served was piping hot and good. there was a little bit problem of powercut but as the place is a remote kinda village so have to deal with such things there.overall a nice experience
